Tiercon Construction Ltd is proud to have been awarded and commenced works on an exciting, large-scale residential development in East Belfast, further expanding our portfolio of premier construction services in Northern Ireland. This extensive urban development comprises the construction of 21 premium new houses in Northern Ireland alongside a modern, 14-unit, four-storey apartment block.
Progress & Structural Milestones Operations commenced on-site in mid-November, and our contracting teams have maintained exceptional momentum across all initial structural phases. To date, the project is progressing seamlessly on schedule with key milestones completed:
- Comprehensive site clearance and preparation.
- High-precision structural piling and ground beam installation.
- Main site drainage systems successfully underway.
- Internal house drainage infrastructure scheduled to commence early in the new year.
Looking Ahead With timber kits scheduled for arrival in mid-February, the entire build remains firmly on track to deliver these high-quality, energy-efficient new homes exactly on schedule. This fantastic start is a direct credit to the dedication, safety standards, and craftsmanship of everyone involved on-site.
