Tiercon Construction Ltd is making excellent structural progress on this bespoke residential new build located in County Antrim. Combining modern engineering with premium finishes, this project exemplifies our dedication to delivering exceptional new houses in Northern Ireland that are built to look stunning and stand the test of time.
Progress & Structural Milestones The build has successfully hit several major construction milestones ahead of schedule. With all subsurface groundworks and main drainage systems now fully complete, our onsite teams have advanced the structural framework:
- Floor slabs have been successfully laid and fitted.
- Superstructure framing is entering its final stages.
- Main roofing works are underway to bring the property to wind and watertight status.
Looking Ahead Completing the roof over the coming weeks will pave the way for our specialist masonry teams to commence the bespoke external stonework in the new year. This is shaping up to be an exceptionally well-finished build, and we look forward to sharing further updates as the high-end internal and external finishes take shape.
